What a year 2020 is turning out to be! Phew! At last we have a slight easing of the lockdown measures. I feel like this Painted Stork.... waiting....in pause mode.....for things to go back to at least a semblance of normalcy.

We often see the painted stork in the lake by our home. But the original photo from which this was painted was taken at Bhandup, Mumbai, by my friend and ace photographer, Dr. Avinash Deo.
