A friend sent this vacation photo of the sky at dawn on a beach in Mauritius and thus began my fascination with the colors of the sky. I had never seen a sky that pink before. Since then I have been chasing the sky at all times of the day to see what colors I can catch and it never fails to fascinate me. The artistry and color palette of nature is more vibrant and varied than anything I can put on canvas.
